What a high performance coach actually does for you

A high performance coach is not a cheerleader and not a consultant. The job is to raise the standard you operate at — across strategy, execution, leadership and your own physiology — and then hold you to it every week until that standard becomes normal. Most business owners do not have a performance problem in any one area. They have a standards problem across all of them.

In our session we look at four things: where the business actually is (numbers, not vibes), where the next $500K–$2M of growth is hiding, the one or two structural moves that unlock it, and whether you have the energy and team to execute them. If there is a fit, we talk about coaching. If not, you still leave with a clearer plan than you arrived with — that is the promise.
